March Favorites

Hi everyone! I am Hannah. I am 23, married (one year anniversary in July!), and a college student. I don't claim to be the best at hair, make-up, and fashion, but they are things that I enjoy. I check reviews online before I buy, watch, eat, and go different places a lot of times, so I am will share my perspective on things.

Here are some things that I am loving:

Sonia Kashuk® Radiant Tinted Moisturizer With SPF 15
Sonia Kashuk Radiant Tinted Moisturizer from Target $13.69
My husband HATES when I wear a lot of foundation. He really likes me to look natural. I have had mild/moderate acne since I was 18 and have some scaring on the sides of my face, so I like to hide that as much as possible. This tinted moisturizer is kind of my middle ground. It is perfect for my everyday make-up routine because it covers but still looks natural and feels like I am just wearing lotion. It also doesn't cause me to break out and it's cheap.

AMC's The Walking Dead (first two seasons on Netflix)

The Walking Dead is big news right now and people are saying it is the best show on TV for good reason. First off let me say, I am a weenie. I had scary, gory, and sad shows and movies, which is ironic because The Walking Dead is all three of those things. The hubby and I just randomly started watching it on Netflix one rainy Saturday and I have been hooked ever since. I love it because I feel like it could happen--if there ever was a zombie apocalypse it might actually look like this. I also enjoy the relationships between the characters, I have gotten very attached to them. It is also kind of fun to be scared sometimes, in the safety of your own bed anyway.

Express

Being a poor college student my clothing budget is kind of limited. Express is typically is not budget friendly, but they have been having some amazing sales and giving out great coupons. I usually shop for items that last and all my Express clothing has done just that, so I don't mind paying a little more. I really love my Minus the Leather Jacket, lace skull t, and black pleated mini.

Xiu Xian Tea in Kent, WA

My husband practically dragged me here spring break. I am so happy he did! I typically don't drink hot liquids, I don't know why I am just not a fan, but I have since changed my mind after visiting Xiu Xian. Xiu Xian is a high quality tea importer (from China) and a tea room. Everything is reasonably priced and you get a free tea tasting with purchase. They educate you on how make tea properly (wash your tea leaves!) and the benefits of the different teas. It was a fun and tasty experience. (Hint: Don't leave without trying a Lavender Latte!)

Have a great day everyone!

Xoxo,
Hannah
